NYCRA Membership allows active participation in the Mentoring Program. The program is open to members at all levels who wish to volunteer to become a mentor, mentee or both, to another member of the organization and/or join a mentoring group. Matches are based on participants’ specific requests and experience, and are made by a designated member of the Board. Mentoring matches are encouraged to meet regularly to network and share ideas on the industry and professional development.
